Define your business needs and exact requirements: When your business requirements are clearly outlined, ensure the platform is configured to align with them. Your piloting team should be an integral part of this stage to enable optimal configuration with your business requirements.
Create a training plan: For a successful migration, a professional learning advisor must work with your teams to develop a specific program tailored to your needs.
