Khoros’s North American, EMEA, and APAC employee bases each have a DEI committee who makes a difference every day by advising team members and implementing meaningful programming and change within Khoros. Since its creation, our committee has brought awareness to important themes and viewpoints, including disability awareness, generational differences, unconscious bias, Black History Month, LatinX Heritage Month, Pride Month, and more. We’ve learned a lot along the way and are excited to expand upon our progress in the months and years to come.
Professional Development
At Khoros, we’re proud to have a company culture that celebrates our workforce's diverse backgrounds, fosters collaboration, offers learning opportunities, and encourages growth. With professional development top of mind, we provide employees with many different learning opportunities, such as the Khoros Internship Program (KIP), an Aspiring Leaders Coaching Program, the Art of Leadership (AOL) certification program, and LinkedIn Learning access -- to name a few. Our goal is to empower our teams to upskill and grow in ways that align with their personal goals, both here at Khoros and beyond.
Khoros also recognizes that a commitment to DEI isn’t enough on its own — that commitment must become part of the company’s culture, from the C-suite to part-time staff. That’s why Khoros has expanded its DEI training to all Khoros employees, giving everyone the option to enhance their awareness and understanding of key topics, such as microaggressions, implicit bias, and bystander intervention.

We believe that energized employees, who feel respected and valued by their employers, will come to work ready to take on any challenge and opportunity. In support of this belief, Khoros provides many wellness opportunities, including flexible paid time off, culturally inclusive holidays, wellness reimbursements, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), alternative medicine and inclusive fertility benefits, expanded parental leave, designated “no camera” days to combat video call fatigue, and a flexible-first policy allowing employees to work from wherever they feel most comfortable.

At Khoros, we pledge to give 2% of our time and resources to focus on deepening and expanding our support of underrepresented communities.
The following initiatives allow us to uphold this commitment:
Through the Khoros Social Responsibility (KSR) Program, we provide qualifying nonprofit and social good organizations with free and/or discounted access to our software and services, with an emphasis on those owned by or in direct service to underrepresented groups who would not otherwise have access to our offerings.

encourage employees to give back to their local communities by volunteering with any organization of their choice. We also support our local communities in the cities where we work through various volunteer events and partnerships, such as Thanksgiving meals for refugees in partnership with Refugee Services of TX, the Austin Pride Parade with Out Youth, the Austin Cup Bowling Tournament for Center for Child Protection, and annual participation in the Angel Tree Program for Salvation Army and more.
Khoros gives back to local charitable organizations through corporate donations and employee-led fundraising. Beneficiaries have included The Center for Social Inclusion, Therapy for Black Girls, SMASH, The Pink Fund, and many other wonderful organizations creating a positive impact in their communities.
As part of the Vista Equity Partners portfolio, Khoros is participating in the private equity firm’s Net Zero Asset Managers Initiative. The initiative is focused on reducing half of its emissions by 2030 and emitting net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 across its portfolio of enterprise tech companies.
