What is Khoros Engage?
Khoros Engage is the event for digital leaders. You’ll hear from leading global brands about creating winning digital-first strategies to deliver amazing customer experiences. Khoros Engage has it all — dynamic general sessions, thought-provoking breakout discussions, practical tips, and virtual networking.
Will Khoros Engage be virtual or in-person?
Khoros Engage will be virtual and hosted online.

When will I have access to the event platform?
The platform for Khoros Engage will be available for registrants starting September 8, 2021.
How much is Khoros Engage?
Free. There is no cost to attend Khoros Engage in our digital format this year — we hope you can join us!
Who can register for Khoros Engage?
Anyone can join Khoros Engage. If you want to take your customer experience initiatives to the next level at your company, we can’t wait to help you get there.
Is Khoros Engage live or pre-recorded?
We have both! Please check out the On-Demand tab for content available 24/7 from September 8 - 24 and the Agenda tab for content available only during the scheduled time.
Pro tip: watch the on-deman content first and then tune into the corresponding Q&A session on September 14 where we'll discuss the On-Demand session.
How do I transfer my registration to my coworker?
We hope you keep your registration. If you cannot join us live, you will need your registration to view the on-demand offerings. Please have your coworker register for free at khoros.com/engage.
Do you have event and privacy policies?

Preferred pronoun identification is available when building your digital profile in the Engage event platform.
During Live Keynotes + Emcee transitions, closed captioning will be available.
How do I log in on the day of the virtual event?
Prior to September 14, you will receive an email from Khoros with a link to join the virtual event. We hope you can login early and take a look around the platform before joining us live.
What email should I use when logging in?
Please use the email address you used when registering for the event. To confirm your email address, please reference your event confirmation email from Khoros.
What if I forgot which email I used to register?
Does the virtual platform require me to download software?
No, you will not be required to download software prior to the event. You will be provided a link to access the web-based virtual platform.
Do I need to have a webcam for the event?
No, you do not need a webcam to attend the virtual event. However, some or attendees may have the ability to request a video chat. We encourage you to use your webcam during sessions to allow for a face-to-face experience with other attendees.
How do I join a session?
How can I ask questions during a session?
Most sessions will include time for audience Q&A. To ask your questions, please post them under “Q&A” within the session. Each session will also include a chat box for session-specific conversation. We encourage you to post comments and engage with your peers under “Chat.”
What does the "Level" filter mean?
We designed our Breakout Sessions for everyone on their way to digital transformation. Whether you’re a Rookie and just starting your journey to digital-first CX, or a Pro who has been doing it for years, we have just the session for you to advance your brand’s CX goals.
For those new to digital-first customer experience (CX) and beginning their digital transformation.
For experts who know what being digital-first means, and want to evolve their brand’s customer experience.
Anyone can join these sessions and learn something about maturing their CX approach on digital.
Will sessions be available after broadcasting?
No. Only the content under the On-Demand tab will be available 24/7.
When will the sessions be available?
On-demand content will be available from September 8 - September 24.
Keynotes will air live on September 14th and will be available on-demand after their live broadcast until September 24.
We encourage you to watch the On-Demand sessions in advance and then join us on September 14 during our “Live Q&A” found on our agenda. Presenters from the on-demand sessions will be streaming live, on video, to answer your questions. You can submit questions through our messaging channels. So stay in your work-from-home lounge wear; attendees will not be on camera. "

What are the system requirements to join a session?

Windows 7 and above, running Chrome, Firefox or Edge. Internet Explorer is not supported.
MacOS 10.9 or later, running Chrome and Firefox. Safari not supported
iPhone 5S or later, running iOS 11 and up

The sound is coming out of a different device than I want - what can I do?
To toggle between multiple outputs connected to your device (e.g. internal speakers, headphones and AirPlay), click the gear icon on the top right of the live-streamed session. You will then be able to select which output and input devices should be used.
The output device I want to use isn't showing up - how can I fix this?
First, check the physical connection to your device, by either unplugging and re-connecting your physical headphones, or toggling bluetooth on and off. If you are confident that the output device is connected correctly, check your system preferences to ensure your computer recognizes the device.
On a Windows device, click the loudspeaker icon on the bottom right of your screen, and you'll be able to change output device.
On a Mac, visit System Preferences > Sound to choose your output devices."
My devices are connected properly, but I can't hear anything!
If you're confident everything is connected properly, your devices might be being used by another tool or application. Make sure tools like Zoom, Google Hangouts, Go To Meeting etc. have been closed prior to starting the session.
I'm still experiencing issues - any final steps?
If you're still having issues, first send in your support logs by hitting the in the top right, then "submit support logs" on the bottom left. Next try restarting your computer and trying again.
