Travis is a seasoned customer experience professional with over three decades of selling, delivering, and operating complex customer experience solutions across a range of industries around the globe. Most recently, as Head of Conversational Banking and Social Media at NAB, Travis led the messaging and social contact platforms, chatbots, and customer messaging strategy, and handled over 45,000 digital customer interactions per week. His experience across customer contact operations, technology, and strategy gives him a unique perspective on what businesses across Australia need in order to shift to a digital-first customer experience.
