The report outlines Khoros’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, its accomplishments, and progress throughout 2021, and sets a benchmark for how the company will continue to be a force for positive change.

Hiring a director of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and implementing immediate policy changes across the organization to make Khoros an equitable workplace where employees and customers thrive.
Establishing four employee resource groups (ERG) to ensure marginalized Khorosians have a prominent voice and community, which roughly 15% of the Khoros global workforce joined.
Supporting employees by elevating onboarding and learning development opportunities, creating the Khoros Internship Program, investing in company leadership programs, and strengthening employee wellness and flexibility support.
Formalizing a pledge to give 2% of Khoros’s time and resources to support underrepresented groups.
Launching the Khoros Social Responsibility (KSR) Program to provide nonprofit and social good organizations free or discounted access to our award-winning software and services.
Taking the first steps toward cutting greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in half by 2030 and achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.
