CX Confessions features the voices from C-level executives across industries; Titans explores digital CX best practices with Khoros experts & customers
AUSTIN, Texas (June 24, 2021) — Khoros, award-winning leader in digital-first customer engagement software and services, has launched two new podcasts: CX Confessions: The Customer Experience Show, a thought leadership podcast on CX featuring C-suite executives, and Titans of Customer Engagement, a podcast highlighting tactical, digital engagement best practices and strategies with Khoros customers. The podcasts will share the stories from leaders building exceptional customer experiences and connect listeners with peers and expert insight to help them create customers for life.
CX Confessions: The Customer Experience Show is a masterclass on how to deliver amazing CX and create long-lasting relationships with your customers. Hosted by Katherine Calvert, CMO at Khoros, and Spike Jones, general manager of Strategic Services at Khoros, CX Confessions invites the voices from the C-suite to share their stories and insights. CX Confessions has three episodes out now across podcast platforms. In the first episode, Calvert and Jones welcome Patrick Herning, founder and CEO at 11 Honoré, to discuss authenticity and personifying the customer. The second episode speaks with Erin Lowenberg, SVP of merchandising and product at Rothy’s, and the third features Don Peppers, best-selling author, blogger, widely-acclaimed keynote speaker and global CX authority. Upcoming guests include Lisa McKnight, senior vice president and global head of Barbie and Dolls at Mattel, Inc., and Sangeeta Mudnal, vice president of customer experience at Crown Castle.

The Titans podcast features Khoros customers sharing best practices, insight on the evolution of customer and business demands, and what is or is not working when it comes to successful digital customer engagement strategies. Titans of Customer Engagement recently released its first episode with Kerrie Roberts, social media manager of customer service at Experian, where he discussed the difference between being on social media and being present on social media.
