Khoros Communities provide dozens of metrics to measure the health and activity of your community. While you can view these metrics in tools like Community Analytics, you can also pull them via the Bulk Data API.
The Community Analytics app aggregates community events into Page View, Post, Kudos, and other metrics. Using the Khoros Bulk Data API, you can pull a daily extract of these event logs in JSON and CSV formats. Store these logs, containing client-side request information and all associated information related to the request, in your own data store and use your preferred report builder tool to build custom metrics, KPIs, and reports that you can schedule and run on a regular and automated basis.
Community Admin Metrics surfaced within the Admin app can be accessed by a daily or hourly range for the Community, Boards, Categories, Nodes, Roles, and Users.
