Suuchi Ramesh is the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at IgniteTech and Khoros, where she leverages her extensive experience in technology to drive customer-centric solutions and AI-led service offerings. Prior to joining IgniteTech, Suuchi was the Founder and CEO of Suuchi Inc., a next-generation supply chain platform for manufacturers and retailers. Under her leadership, Suuchi Inc. developed the GRID, a proprietary software that digitizes the end-to-end value chain, providing real-time analytics and ERP solutions. Suuchi Inc. and its GRID platform were acquired by IgniteTech, where Suuchi now plays a key role in advancing the company’s AI and customer success strategies.

Throughout her career, Suuchi has demonstrated a remarkable ability to build and lead large, diverse teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. She successfully raised significant capital, fueling the rapid growth and expansion of Suuchi Inc. Her entrepreneurial achievements have been recognized with prestigious awards, including the EY Entrepreneur of the Year for New Jersey. Suuchi has also made the Influencers and Power List of Global Executives multiple times, celebrating her influence and contributions to the technology and business landscapes. She has been featured in various industry publications for her contributions to supply chain technology and leadership.
