Ryan Studer

Ryan has over 20 years of experience building and supporting enterprise-grade technology solutions. Prior to joining Khoros, Ryan served as CPO on the founding team of Topbox's leading product and engineering functions. Topbox became part of the Khoros platform in 2021.

Ryan started in the telecommunications industry, where he gained a foundation for business solution strategies, business architecture roadmap planning and implementation, and integrated knowledge management. For the past eight years, he has served as a customer experience consultant for several large enterprises and led SaaS product development teams. Ryan has held many leadership roles during his career, leading CX strategies through both product and technology design to improve CX and digital transformation.

In an age of rapid digital transformation, I am excited to support our team and our customers as we continue to strengthen our award-winning platform and bring even more value to the customer experience.

  • Lifelong native of Kansas City, Missouri, with his wife, and two teenage sons.
