Chief Executive Officer
Chris Tranquill is CEO of Khoros. Prior to joining the team, Chris spent over six years leading Topbox, as CEO and co-founder, where he helped brands unify data from customer communications and feedback channels. Customer insights generated from Topbox pave the way for improved customer retention, expansion, and acquisition. Topbox became part of the Khoros platform in 2021 and is now known as CX Insights.
Chris has spent over 25 years in leadership roles focusing on the customer experience and helping companies gain insights from their customer data. He spent most of that time in business process outsourcing, where he worked with many of the world’s best-known brands. Chris’s business units have been recognized as industry leaders by both Gartner and Everest.
