Dr. Kiki Leutner is a Business Psychologist and Data Scientist, combining psychological theory with machine learning methodology. She is a lecturer at UCL teaching in both the Psychology and Computer Science departments. Her key interests are in personality profiling and the ethical application of algorithms in behavioural analytics, consumer psychology, personal values, and social media psychology, and entrepreneurship.
Kiki works with businesses to optimise their products by providing a more human-centred approach to data science, customer profiling, and personalisation. Her focus is on accelerating the creative process, by uncovering unique avenues to product development that teams may otherwise miss.
Coming from a background in psychology and research I am now working for the LEGO Group for 10 years in different roles, stretching from kids community engagement to social media. I am part of the Global Social Studios within the LEGO Agency, leading on the planning and publishing of all social content across the global LEGO channels. I am passionate about everything that can be turned into a plan. Using these plans to serve audiences with engaging content to make them fall in love with the LEGO brand is the ultimate goal.
